Fun Science with a Volcano!

So we ordered M a fun science kit for Christmas and finally opened it! This teeny volcano was inside. I have to say, I was a bit disappointed the volcano was so small but it was still a lot of fun! 

We did the experiment three times so that each kiddo could add the ingredients. 

M went first because it was her gift :) We used a spoon to scoop in the baking soda and a dropper to add the vinegar so that it lasted longer! The dropper also helped the younger two practice their fine motor skills.

 I had no idea that if you added dish soap it made the bubbles bigger?! Was pretty fun!
